Drop Offs

Currently all drop offs must be pre-approved, select merchandise and by appointment only.

Other consignment drop off options

We have the following options:

1. Email- photos of your potential items- click HERE to fill out our consignment contact form

2. Message- through Facebook or Instagram

3. Call- to schedule a house call with one of our experts at: 717-272-7078.

4. Pickup- after a house call has been completed by an expert a pickup can be scheduled and we will send three packing professionals to pick up the items for auction. *Pickup fees are added to any contract involving a pickup (fees are based on an hourly rate).

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are fully educated on sellable items to eliminate any disappointment in the results at auction time and to provide realistic prices realized expectations from the current market. At Kleinfelter’s we want all items to sell for the highest price but we promise not to falsify the market or provide unreal expectations.

Marketing Plan- We provide strategic marketing for all our auctions both locally via the Merchandisers, Antiques & Auction News, Lancaster Farmer and nationwide via our website: www.kleinfelters.com, AuctionZip (ID #2544), HiBid, Facebook, Instagram and our own YouTube Channel (Kleinfelter's Auction). We use state of the art drone footage to promote the sale of real estate through our YouTube Channel, website and social media.
